I've never enjoyed the dentist as much as I did with my visit at Dental Soulutions WH. Everyone was extremely nice and funny and professional! They make you feel like family instantly. They review your medical care plan step by step so you understand what's going on with you. The staff is terrific! I look forward to returning.
Everyone has a sunny disposition. Appointments go on time. Personal attention to health issues (yes, teeth/gums are part of overall health) as well as personal activities. Looking for the preventative as well as the restorative. Beautiful setting!
I have been a patient of Dr. Polo for over 4 years after moving from New England. I have found his practice including office staff to be extremely professional and compassionate. Dr. Polo is very competent and performs what appears to be the most current procedures with up to date equipment. I highly recommend Dental Solutions of Winter Haven for all of your dental needs. I have gone years scared of the dentist and thinking they were all bad. I had a few bad ones :( Dr. Cruz is amazing! His staff is wonderful and I am finally able to get the work done that I have needed without fear or pain! I am so happy I found him and I hope he continues to be my dentist for many years!
