I had a check up with Dr. Cruz after Laurie the hygienist cleaned my teeth! She has the most gentle hands and very compassionate. I told her my back was hurting so she brought me two different pillows to choose during my visit! It felt like I was at a spa getting a facial or massage! I’m just so impressed with the entire place, you couldn’t possibly find a nicer dentist in Winter Haven! Thank you for the great experience:)

Dr. Polol is very thorough, friendly, and forthright in explaining and alternatives and patient needs. I highly recommend this dental office.

I believe you will not find a more friendly capable dental facilities in the state. The rooms are clean and bright with a relaxing lake view out the windows. The care and concern that Dr. Polo displays is a reassurance that the work will be done well.

My first time with this dental practice was Great! Very comfortable office, friendly and helpful staff, thorough, gentle treatments by the hygienist and doctor (saw Laurie and Dr Cruz) ... the total experience was very satisfactory and I highly recommend this practice...Especially for those who are a bit nervous with the dental experience. Leave your worries and concerns at the door!

From the moment I walked in I was comfortable and pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Dr. Polo was so good. He took time with me. Lots of X-rays and pictures. At the end of my appointment I met with Dr. Polo and Melissa. He talked about my options and we came up with a plan. Melissa was able to work with my schedule while scheduling my appointments. I am very pleased with Dr. Polo, his staff and the amount of comfort, care and detail everyone gave.
