Two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday because I work full time at a new position that does not allow time off during training. This morning I received a cancellation text message for this appointment. Let Me first say, it was a long Haul findidng a Dentist.. and when I finally did Dental Solutions, I was apprehensive. Not my favorite place to go, especially since the whole opiots issue with society and Dr.s all scared to prescribe etc. But LET ME TELL YOU.. Dr. Miguel at Dental Solutions Is the BEST.. Mikayla was a very personable and knowledgeable hygienist. She provided an excellent cleaning on my teeth. Great bedside manners.
One of my family members had a bad experience here at this location this is just like a drive through office if you have a condition please take your family elsewhere as they do not care and provide very minimal expert advice they are only general dentist here also the dental assistants do not like to tell you anything they stay shut when you have questions other then the basic questions if you care for your health seek an orthodontist or oral surgeon who specialize in more then just general dentistry . Made an appt two weeks ago for Jan 5th. New patient. Called today yo confirm, was told that they do not do appts for new patients on Sat. Explained that I work in Boston. Was told they made an exception, but this Sat was not good. I made this appt over two weeks ago. Switched around my schedule, so that I could get a cleaning. Person who answered phone was condescending and kept calling me hon. Very unprofessional.
