I have been coming here for three years now. Dr. Shah and her team have always been great - they are patient and provide good explanations. Previous cleanings have been painful on my gums, but Dr. Shah has been more careful. Parking has been easy on Madison and they have been punctual. I had X-rays and the assistant was attentive and coached me through it as I struggle with the sensor. I had a filling too and it was painless.
Fantastic team! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!
Dr. Shah gives 5 star service, but her new-ish policy of putting a $100 hold on your credit card and charging you if you have to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment really hurts people who can barely make ends meet. For some people, a $100 is nothing, for me, it means not having money to feed my daughter. I will now have to look for a different dentist.
Dr Shah is so experienced and knowledgeable! She helped me find a solution to a long lasting issue that no other doctor cared to listen to. Not only is Dr Shah a great listener, but she will work with you to find the best long term treatment. I also had a wonderful time with Dr Yu. She was super kind and personable. I really appreciated her punctuality and I was able to see her immediately and not have to wait a long time. The receptionist was also really nice and took time to help me figure out my insurance.
