Dr. Shah gives 5 star service, but her new-ish policy of putting a $100 hold on your credit card and charging you if you have to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment really hurts people who can barely make ends meet. For some people, a $100 is nothing, for me, it means not having money to feed my daughter. I will now have to look for a different dentist.
Dr Shah is so experienced and knowledgeable! She helped me find a solution to a long lasting issue that no other doctor cared to listen to. Not only is Dr Shah a great listener, but she will work with you to find the best long term treatment. I also had a wonderful time with Dr Yu. She was super kind and personable. I really appreciated her punctuality and I was able to see her immediately and not have to wait a long time. The receptionist was also really nice and took time to help me figure out my insurance.
Just had my first visit to Dental Smiles of West Loop and I’m hooked. Dr. Shah and her team are top-notch—super chill and made me feel right at home. The office is spotless, and the massage chairs with Netflix? Game changer. I got a cleaning and a filling, and the whole process was smooth and pain-free. Spent around $250, and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
First time at Dental Smiles of West Loop but loved it way more than any other practice been to in Chicago. No rotating dentists, and instead individual care. Dr. Yu answered all my questions and helped me feel at ease. Will be back$
I really enjoyed my first visit at Dental Smiles! They were efficient, thorough and compassionate. Dr. Yu took the time to explain/show me everything she saw on my imaging and didn't jump to fillings for findings that may be reversible. I really appreciated her approach, would recommend!
