Dr. Yu did an incredible job taking time to answer all of my questions. She was transparent throughout the process, using lots of photos and images so I could understand exactly what was going on in my mouth. I felt confident that she only recommended necessary care and wasn't trying to upsell unnecessary procedures. I trust Dr. Yu completely, and that's coming from someone who didn't prioritize their dental health for a few years. The service was quick, painless, professional, and fairly priced. Highly recommend!
Dr. Yu and the team are incredible! I went in for what I thought was an emergency visit about a year ago. When in reality I was just a couple months behind on my cleaning. I was in tears going into the visit but Dr. Yu made me feel so comfortable. I have terrible dental anxiety so she put essential oils on my bib to help calm me down. I have had two cleanings since then and each visit gets better and better. She is so thorough, she educates, and even remembers what I tell her about my personal life which I think is so sweet!... read more
I have been coming here for three years now. Dr. Shah and her team have always been great - they are patient and provide good explanations. Previous cleanings have been painful on my gums, but Dr. Shah has been more careful. Parking has been easy on Madison and they have been punctual. I had X-rays and the assistant was attentive and coached me through it as I struggle with the sensor. I had a filling too and it was painless.
Fantastic team! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!
