Both doctors at this facility are excellent. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why. I have honestly never had a dentist explain and share as much as these two. I also had a complicated crown situation (not at the fault of the doctors) but because I have short tooth and Dr Shah spent multiple visits redoing the crown to make sure it’s as best as she can do it- all at no extra charge. They really care about doing a good job not just getting you in and out. Highly recommend!
Doctor Yu is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever come across. She is so friendly, professional, and takes her time explaining every detail. I always look forward to my 6 month check ups with her because it feels like I’m catching up with one of my close friends! I’m going to miss Doctor Yu and this wonderful clinic when I move out of state. She has set the bar so high for dentists. I highly recommend this clinic!
Dr. Shah is an outstanding doctor who demonstrate authentic care for her patient’s wellbeing. She is an expert Invisalign practitioner and has the experience to apply judgement prudently when guiding patients through the procedure. She runs her office to a very standard of excellence, also paying mind to the patient experience. I am so glad that I found Dr. Shah because she is an outstanding, perceptive doctor whom I feel very comfortable with.
Dr. Shah and Dr. Yu are the best dentists in all of Chicago. I couldn’t have been happier going to them as they constantly helped with my cleanings and always made me feel safe and secure, as I am very sensitive. Avanna is wonderful to as she always cracks the best jokes while also working diligently to ensure an amazing smile. I couldn’t have been greeted a better way than with Favor at the front desk!
