2nd time here. 1st time was nice I like this doctor. One of the real ones.
Dr. Smith is one amazing guy. He’s personable, friendly, and smart! I am in awe of his professionalism, he’s timely and diligent.
HORRIBLE experience!!! I was told that I would need to pay what my insurance would not cover before the appliance could be made. I paid up front and was told that would be all I would owe. 2 Months later I get an additional bill for nearly $700.00 and their only explanation was, that they made a mistake on what they thought my insurance would cover. Dr. Smith & his staff are amazing! Dr. Smith was very thorough and quite possibly the kindest person I’ve ever met! Thank you Kendra & Diane for all of your assistance from paperwork, scheduling, explaining insurance & financing to X-rays & impressions! Looking forward to working with Dr. Smith and team with my new Oral Appliance. Can’t wait to SLEEP!
