A huge thank you to Cindy at Dental R Us for accommodating me at the last minute! While in Adelaide for work, my maintenance retainer (post-Invisalign) broke, and I was desperate to find somewhere that could fix it or provide a new one. Cindy kindly squeezed me in and ensured an incredibly fast turnaround for my replacement retainer. She was not only professional and efficient but also very kind and reassuring. I'm truly grateful. Had a completely sleepless night with a 10 out of 10 toothache. Found Dental R Us only 3 minutes walk from my place of work and they were open on a Saturday. They were able to fit me in at 9:30 for a tooth extraction. They were super friendly and took the time to explain in detail what was wrong and the procedure they performed. I was very grateful that they squeezed me in despite other appointment. Thank you so much.
