Does not support a patient's decision to choose your own plan of care. When I had a difference of opinions on the treatment I wanted to receive because they wanted to perform a prophylactic cavity removal to a "possible" cavity, I denied that plan and received rude comments from the staff. Once I brought my concerns up to the Dr regarding the staff being disrespectful he stated he would speak with them, but never really felt comfortable going back or being there. Dr. Kern is a great dentist, very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. The hygienists, Audra and Shawn, are great too! My family enjoys going to Dental Perfections. I highly recommend them to anyone living in the Ewa Kapolei area.
