Impersonal, Indiferent, Unprofessional, You will be robbed. – I went to Dr Mark Coulter for just the standard teeth cleaning. Pamela, the office manager told me that the dentist has to see me first. I said OK, Dr. Coulter was cold and perfunctory, did not give me any explanations and left after less than 3 minutes. He charged me for an office visit AND for a comprehensive evaluation.
