I had 2 medical emergencies. Dr. Sams got me right in. He did great work. He was kind and patient. I would defenately recommend. Thanks again Dr. Sams!!
Dr Sam talked with me about my teeth and that's more than most I've seen in Pittsburgh money and egos...Again just listening to your patiences
Dr. Sams was super kind and reasurring, I had to have a tooth pulled, no pain, quick and easy proceedure. However the most impressive thing was that he was available on the weekend, I developed a dental issue suddenly, trying to find an office thats open on a weekend was nearly impossible.
Called on a Sunday morning for a dental emergency for my partner. He got us in that afternoon and saw him promptly. He did a great job, and my partner who is usually anxious about dental work said it was great. The problem was taken care of and he felt nothing. I really appreciated his ability to get him in so quick and to resolve the situation.
I was in serious pain from a tooth and was desperate. I should have known better when the dentist himself answered the phone at 8 at night and said he could see me at 8am. Upon arrival, should have been my second red flag. This place was filthy, and there was nobody in the office but the dentist- no reception. He then told me they don’t take insurance, only credit cards….another red flag.
