I agree with Deb below, they were amazing when they were DHG. I just called now to try to make an appointment and the phones been disconnected? They should make the patients aware if they are no longer working instead of just shut down without notice. I went last year for a cleaning and they weren't super friendly like they used to be. I just got referred to Philly Dental Spa instead which I'm looking forward to and I already like them better they are very welcoming with open arms and they actually care.

Where to begin. I guess I’ll keep it simple. There doors are literally boarded up at their most recent location. I guess that’s why I haven’t been getting an answer to my calls regarding retreiving the xrays I payed $175 for (which my insurance was also charged for and I will be contacting them very soon to put in an complaint). See Alanna Shaffers review below. Same experience has happened to me, my s/o, and at least one other friend who went to DMA. When they were DHG, I would have given them 5 stars in all regards. For years they were amazing from top to bottom. Since the change to DMA, the new staff and office, it's been nothing but shady practices. Out of pocket costs and insurance nightmares I should have never had to deal with.
