Dr. Vargas, Kennedy, and the entire staff were wonderful. They got me into my appointment early, spent significant time with me explaining my treatment plan, made me comfortable, and provided great care. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr Pope studied all my Xray records and provided a very detailed consultation (also a drawn script) to my gum health, the particular crown in question plus 3 options to treat and a do nothing option. He was very kind to have all that spent the time to explain to me. Thanks, Dr Pope. The Receptionist Kim was very helpful too. On the whole it was a very helpful experience.
I had my first teeth cleaning at Dental LOFT today, and it was a great experience! My hygienist, Kennedy, was so kind and gentle. The office is modern and equipped with the latest technology, plus there are TVs in every room—I even got to watch Netflix during my cleaning! Dr. Vargas thoroughly explained my treatment plan and gave helpful tips for at-home care. A big thanks to Rebeca at the front desk for walking me through my insurance details and scheduling my next appointment. I highly recommend Dental LOFT!
Cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough! Kennedy, my hygienist, did a great job at cleaning my teeth and ensuring that I understood every part of the cleaning process. My teeth have never felt better! Dr. Vo is an amazing dentist - she was thorough, friendly, and nonjudgmental. I felt comfortable at every step of the appointment and feel confident with my treatment plan going forward. The front desk was also fantastic!! Cannot say enough about how much I love this office.
