They are always right. Not professional at all. THEY CHARGED $50 FOR CHANGING APPT'S AND ARE STILL UPSET WHEN YOU GET THERE. TRUST ME. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

The staff is very friendly and does everything they can to make your visit pleasant. Also, they have an affordable in-house insurance available. I almost skipped my cleaning appointment because I was in between insurances. I explained my situation and they worked with me so I didn’t have to get behind on my cleanings.

Great office and staff! Dr. Baisden is fantastic. I used to have panic attacks at just the thought of going to the dentist but went this morning and felt comfortable the whole time. I was able to pop in my headphones while she worked (Harry Potter soundtrack for the win). Was in and out within an hour. My schedule also makes it difficult to call during business hours so they have always been kind enough to reply to emails. For once in 31 years, I'm happy to have found a dentist! I was sure I had already done a review but this office staff and this dentist is worth a thousand reviews. I hated dentist work being done. I would go into complete panics as a kid and into adulthood. Since finding Dr. Baisden and her staff I look forward (mostly) to going. She cares about her patients like no other dentist OR doctor I’ve ever gone to. If you’re looking for a dentist, look no more!!
