If I were to storyboard our customer journey with your establishment, there would be absolutely no pain points which is unheard of! First, the notification system you use is fantastic. So smart to start notifying customers of the appointment that was set 6 mo ago!! Then again prior to the appointment. Then, your front desk staff is AWESOME!
