Would like a detailed receipt for sevices provided to me. Last year my account had a credit, this should have been refunded or at least explained better. The only explanation I received 'was the insurance paid more than we estimated'. Also any up charges to service beyond what is required ex: composite fillings needs be approved prior to work being performed.
