I tried to book an appointment but the booking admin, Deanna, was so rude to me that I asked nicely if I could speak to someone else. She told me I should just take my business elsewhere. When I called back later and said that I would still like book an appointment, she put me on hold for ten minutes then came back on she said she would call me back later. Of course, she never did. Apparently she is the final judge of who they take as customers.
