Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

I took my 3 year old there for her first dental appointment and I was not at all impressed. There was loud construction going on during my visit. They were cold and not at all polite. They completely scared my child and then acted like it was my fault she was scared. When they tried to treat her she refused to let them touch her and they got nasty with her. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
