Dr. Ma Kiho's work is very disappointing. My father had a set of dentures seated almost a year ago that have never fit. He went months without dentures, either the top or the bottom, waiting for them to be corrected, all the while losing weight because he could not eat properly. He finally received his full set and they still do not fit. The office staff is friendly and helpful, but Dr. Ju did an unsatisfactory job with my daughter's front crowns, They were too big (both for looks and for the fact that they were uncomfortable and her bottom teeth hit them); the color was very mismatched to her teeth, and there was black at the gumline. He and the assistant told my daughter that it is normal for crowns to be a different color from her other teeth and they told her not to smile so widely!
