Excellent staffing and though there is some wait times, it's not too annoying or boring. They know what they are talking about. I trust my teeth with them and they deliver!
All of the staff were friendly especially Sarah who helped my jitters just by talking to me. I don't like dental work at all, and unfortunately end up not going till I'm really in bad pain. Dr. Garcia was also very kind, and patient with me. The only bad part of my whole experience was the wait. I did have to wait...hours, but in their defence, I was a last minute fill in for the day, which I'm very thankful that they were able to get me in at all, I'm sure they would have been happy to leave work on time, but instead they s... read more

I have no doubt I have to be one of the toughest patients. I'm terrified of the dentist in every way. With that being said every time I go to North Arlington Dental Care the entire staff, starting with the receptionist, the dental assistants and the dentist go above and beyond to provide the best care and accommodate my needs to make sure I'm comfortable the entire time. Great job, as usual. Dental hygienist (Monica) had good attention to detail. She discussed her observations and suggestions with me, as well. I was late for my appt, due to traffic, and they still were able to accomodate me. I was very appreciative.
I always have a pleasant experience when I visit. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They listen and understand my dental needs. Which results in quality service. That's why I'm a very loyal customer.
I don't remember anything about the visit. So I guess that's a good thing!
