First I would like to say that I try to support small/minority businesses whenever possible. That being said, this is one that I'll never patronize again. I arrived at my 2 pm appointment; no one was in the waiting area and I was greeted by an elderly gentleman, who then proceeded to make his way to the restroom and remained there for 20 minutes.
