The people at Royal Oak Dental are professional, friendly, and do a fine job. Wendy (the assistant that cleaned my teeth) did an excellent job of gently cleaning my teeth and educating me about my teeth as she did so. Dr. Smith was friendly and knowledgeable.
Truly, the best dental cleaning I have ever had by your dental hygienist who was very efficient and friendly. She was awesome! And I felt very good about the dentist who did the exam. It was a great visit. I had lost an old crown & it was causing my bite to be off and I couldn't chew. Dr. Smith fixed my bite and planned strategy for further restorative treatment. I am 86 years old and he is very companionate to my health and my needs. I really appreciate it.
This was only my second visit to your office, but I love the way you proactively offer additional services that might meet my needs. I had to deduct one star this time because I waited over a half-hour to be seen. Overall, I'm so glad I chose your group!
