My first checkup and dental cleaning were extremely thorough and I appreciated how professional, forthcoming and progressive the hygienist, staff and dentist were during my initial visit. I expect all my future visits will be just as good!
I felt very comfortable with my first time visit to Royal Oak Dental Group from the moment I stepped inside the office. Everyone was so friendly as well as professional and made me feel as if they had known me for a long time. Janine Cirillo explained to me what she would do as my hygienist and as we talked it turned out we have a lot in common! I enjoyed meeting Dr. Jake Smith and am glad he will be my dentist. He has an impressive resume.
So, you know how long I have been a patient/customer. I wouldn't have been coming that long if I didn't appreciate your care and expertise. Sandy is a saint for having to endure that 30 - 45 mins with me. At least she should come away with a good laugh or two at my expense and glad to provide that. Steve is one of my favorite people and Dr. Smith is a great young dentist in his own right. Great Staff!!
