I went to dental dreams at the brickyard mall 3 weeks ago for treatment, they were supposed to send a request to my insurance for my remaining treatment and they did not. I called 3 weeks later and made a follow up appointment and asked did my insurance approve the treatment, they said yes. On my appointment day I showed up waited 1 hour for them to tell me my insurance claim was never sent. Then they said I had to wait 2 more weeks for a approval. I had no issues. They were professional, thorough, and Dr. Choi was not only a great dentist, he is an artist and fixed my tooth up nicely. Vivian is also excellent with children in the office. Only downside was how busy they were and how long I waited but that wasn't a big deal.
They are very bad with scheduling. They schedule multiple people at one time with the same dentist. I had an appointment for my kids at 9 and it was noon and still wasn't seen, so I left they place livid. It has happened every time I go there. I dread that place.
The assistant Jennifer is a sweet girl.
