I came here with my 3 yo for our first appointments yesterday and due to some issues on my end, messed up timing and logistics. The staff at Elite were incredibly accommodating and gracious and made it all work out! I am so appreciative. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient and the facility was modern and seemed to have the most up-to-date technology.
Upon entering I am greeted with a smile and a very relaxed yet professional atmosphere. The waiting area is always clean and free of cluster. I do not have to wait past my appointment time. Dr. Smith always has time to greet me and explain to me what procedures are being done. Ann, the dental hygienist, is very friendly, gentle and thorough! I appreciate the staff for their attentiveness and professionalism!
