Dr. Kotula suggested to me at my last visit to wear a mouth guard, this was the best advice, such a simple thing and I am sleeping better I am not snoring and I feel so much better all around. Thank you to Dr. Kotula for his expert advice it literally has changed my life!

Always happy with my visits, even when I need a filling. Very upbeat office and the staff are great. Generally concerned with their patients. Glad I stayed with Dr. Kotula even when my insurance didn't.
