Even if you have an appt, you will still be waiting for an hour or something. It's getting better though. When they 1st opened like 2 yrs ago, it took us 4 hours just to get x-rays and cleanings for my daughter and I!

Will not recommend them to anyone! Not happy with the service. Just needed a partial and I still don't have it after 3 months of work. Another freaking week to wait. Once I get them I will never come back here.

Dr is great, but all management is unprofessional and inconsistent. Management blames everything on the staff and does not seem to really care about patients' well being or care. Very obviously a corporate run dental office, no love or real care shown by anyone other than the doctor. Most Patients are on state provided insurance, and the level of care they receive is clear they aren't the ones being expected to pay, or respected as the paying party. Patients have to wait up to 2-3 hours to be seen, and appts are scheduled 4 ... read more

This is the worse dental I have ever seen. I have been to many different dental clinic, but this is such a worse among all. They just kept me in waiting area for 1 and half hour. When I ask them how long it takes they just keep telling few more mins. Nonsense dental ever seen.

Have been in a few times for them to fix the damage that Destiny Dental did to my teeth. Wait is a little long for having an appointment. The dentist is great the aides however are rather unprofessional, and talk as though they are at the bar rather than work. But the dental work is great so far.
