These people have had my dentures for over 3 months and refuse to give me my property.
I will never again go to this place my daughter had a appointment for a abscess in her gum waiting 30 mins for a medical assistant to tell us he’s refusing care and I needed to go to another dentist which at this time is closed until middle of April I then proceeded to tell them this and they told me I suggest you go to urgent care all while urgent care is not a dentist and they told me she needed to see a dentist
I read the ratings and complains.
My husband says WORST dentist office ever. Wouldn’t take my dog there. Sat for over 2 hrs for them to NOT do anything but xrays. While they (the rest of the staff) played and goofed around. But the Dentist was polite and understanding with my frustrations. Ended up going to Charlotte and got in that day and got my tooth fixed.
Currently here for a 12 oclock and 1230 appointment for my 2 neices. Good thing I have the rest of the day off because it is 1251 and we haven't even started yet.
So amazing! I just had my first cleaning in 8 years (I have extremely sensitive teeth) and they were so understanding and gentle. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the office efficiency was excellent. Would absolutely recommend this place for nervous adults and young children!!
