Unlike the other reviews,which im assuming are from people who already had issues i had quite a pleasant experience with Dental dreams. I went in for a consultation for dentures. The staff made me feel very comfortable about my visit. As did the attending nurse and Dr Zhao. She checked everything made an assessment then let me know she felt it better to save some teeth and only do a partial denture. Started drilling on a tooth with no Novacaine and without my permission. It also doesn't help that they're so ignorant to even give a flying crap whether you're in pain or not. And they need to work on there thick accents! Switched to Kool Smiles.
I just want everyone to know that Dr. Malaviya (of Dental Dreams in New Bedford) is excellent at what he does. I am a big chicken s**t when it comes to the dentist and especially the needles/novicane. This man had great patients with me and a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him & Dental Dreams for any dental needs you may have. I would also like to say that I found the entire staff to be very friendly and courteous. I have been going their for almost 4 years and the service is getting worse. Went in today with an infected extraction site only to be told that it was probably food! When I had to tell her that I squeezed the puss out she told me that I was wrong. Told me Im fine and I do not need antibotics. I flipped out and told the office manager that I will NEVER be back and to never call me again! NOT A GOOD PLACE!!!!
