Jamie/James? did the dental xray for my 6 year old niece and he was absolutely incredible at putting her in complete ease. Not only was he so warm, friendly and kind but he really took the time to explain the procedure, machine and tools being used. He took off the chin holding implement and showed my niece, then put it on me first for my niece to see and then let her have a go. Was the only place I could get an appointment in a short time frame that also offered bulk billing. The front desk ladies were very helpful & professional.
The technician made for such a positive experience for my 4 year old. He explained the procedure in such a respectful and exciting way to make what could have been an overwhelming experience really exciting for him. Thank you!
Thought I had to travel to Chermside from Wynnum for my CT but Receptionist Debbie was super helpful and asked me to wait until she rang me back, she was able to arrange an appointment at the Upper Mount Gravatt clinic for me instead of the hassle of getting to Chermside. Great work Debbie!
