Great service and excellent customer service
The radiographer was nice but the receptionist was so rude and hostile. They don’t wear name tags but the older receptionist was unprofessional, not one smile was seen, she told me my dentist ‘doesn’t know’ and they were ‘fully booked’, I would be happily to leave and go to IMED down the road since they were ‘fully booked’, but she proceeded to take my information. I was seen by the radiographer within minutes. The remarks made by the receptionist were so unnecessary, such an unpleasant front for the clinic.
Unbelievable service. So friendly and efficient.
Jamie/James? did the dental xray for my 6 year old niece and he was absolutely incredible at putting her in complete ease. Not only was he so warm, friendly and kind but he really took the time to explain the procedure, machine and tools being used. He took off the chin holding implement and showed my niece, then put it on me first for my niece to see and then let her have a go. He turned on the machine for her to see what it would look like before she got in it. He allowed me to stay with her and hold her hand. He was extre... read more
Was the only place I could get an appointment in a short time frame that also offered bulk billing. The front desk ladies were very helpful & professional.
