I had a dental emergency and called the office at noon the day before Christmas Eve. I was not expecting to get in right away. I thought I would make an appt for the day after the holiday and just make it through until then. But the entire office staff from the front desk to Dr Smith himself were so caring and accommodating that I was able to get worked in that afternoon and avoided a more extensive issue over the holiday. I am so grateful for the amazing and wonderful care provided by the staff of Dental Designs.

Hats off to Dental Designs for getting me in before he end of the year to repair and replace a crown. I have been fortunate enough on several occasions to get in for unexpected tooth problems in the past, and this was no exception. Dr Smith and his staff are "tops" in my book. Thanks again!

Dr. Russell is the perfect example of a perfect dentist. He has always made time for me when I have a dental problem. He does an outstanding job each and every time. His crowns, fillings, root canals, etc. are of the highest quality. He works with his lab to make sure his crowns are perfectly executed. Although he is a perfectionist, he is the most "down-to-earth" person and is genuinely interested in his patients.
