Great customer experience, as always. Good communication prior/during/post visit. Front office staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The complete staff, from receptionists, to hygienist, to dental assistants,and to Dr. Russell are all professional, kind, and efficient. Have been a patient there for the past 12 years and cannot imagine going anywhere else. I commute from St. Joseph, MO to Kansas City for these appointments and it is well worth the trip. Highly recommend this dental practice!!!
