Love this office, they're always friendly fun and efficient!
Drs Russell & Smith, professional and clerical staff are professional and personable. My husband and I have lived in KC since 2001 and went to 3 different dental practices before Dental Designs was recommended to us. We've been coming here for approx 10 years !!!
Typical wait time at this office is around 20 minutes past your appointment time before you are seen. That stated, my dental technician, Melissa, always does a fantastic job. She gets my teeth cleaner than anyone I've used before, and even if a little digging is necessary, it's always virtually pain free. She also has a very comfortable bedside manner which always makes for an enjoyable experience. Dr. Smith also has a great sense of humor, which for me, means a lot.
Nothing out of the ordinary; just the standard Superior care I expect coming here.
On time, great attitude just great as usual.
