Very nice staff, friendly and patient. They care about any pain you may be having and explain any billing issues thoroughly. Dr. Smith has been our dentist for years and he's wonderful too.
I've had three hygienist throughout my time as a patient at Dental Design and all have been super friendly, explanatory, and go the extra mile to make sure the visit is a success. My last visit the hygienist helped a problem area by providing extra cleaning and trying different methods to try and make sure I'd be comfortable go forward. I've never had a long wait either!
Office staff was nice and seemed committed to their profession.
Tech was very nice and efficient!
We have been coming here for the whole family since my youngest was 3. I appreciate the continuity of staff and the personalized service and communication I always receive here. On this visit we waited about 15 minutes past our appointment time to get in, but that is unusual for this practice.

I enjoy coming into the office! I know that I will be greeted with friendly faces and hello's! Once in the chair, the cleaning is done by my wonderful hygienist who is sweet and efficient. And then I get to see my dentist, Grant (Dr. Smith) who always makes me laugh! Great office staff, hygienist, and dentist = a wonderful dental experience!
These folks are great, I have crazy bad dental anxiety and every time I am there they make me feel comfortable physically and financially. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!!!
