Although the dental work was great, I was very disappointed with their cost estimate/insurance verification. I was told the work was verified with my insurance for $300, which I paid and had the work completed. Three weeks later, I recieved a bill for $700.
The employees make you feel so comfortable I love that !!
I had an outstanding experience at Dental Depot. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. liz, the receptionist, was very accommodating with payment arrangements. Victoria, the dental DR assistant, was outstanding ,Victoria skillfully identified additional issues with my bracket, selected the appropriate materials, and demonstrated a strong understanding of my needs.
