Yes they have a 15 minute window. My appointment was at 1 I showed up at 1:15. I did call them and notify them that I would be late. They said I have 15 minutes after 1 to not have to reschedule. So here I am they asked to reschedule me. I said no, they have no understanding that life is hard for people right now. My insurance goes out in 2 months, they said “I’m so sorry but we can’t get behind our time”. we called ahead of time , telling them that we have a autistic daughter who has a hard time at the dentist, in hopes they can be prepared ahead of time to help ease her into a easy exam and cleaning. when we arrived we had to wait almost 30 minutes past our appointment time. then we were called back , the nurse who brought us to the room , was rude from the get go. we re explained that our daughter has autism as I explained before. we came there for a cleaning and potential x-rays and because our girls were too afraid they d... read more
