I had an unplanned day off work, so I called to make an appointment. The receptionist asked whether I happened to be available later that same day, and sure enough I got right in. I was treated like a special customer by everyone with whom I came in contact, from the greeter to the hygienist to the dentist himself. I have been going to this same location for about three years now and continue to be a very satisfied customer.
