I don't understand the point of setting up an appointment time if you're going to make people wait 45 minutes past that time. At the very least you could let us know you're behind schedule when we arrive.
I love this dental place. I was just there today with my 15 year old son. He was just getting his teeth cleaned and checked. The staff is fantastic. So very nice. The assistant Savannah (I think that is who she was, and hope I did not spell her name wrong) was very precise and gentle on my son's mouth. He said she was the best with cleaning his teeth than he ever had. Love this place so much.
