Funny how I had to get on my husbands FB to leave a post. I actually was blocked after I left a review... They will charge you for services they do not provide! I spent $7000 last year and every time I went (2x a month) they wanted to do a root canal! My current dentist said they are ripping me off! DO NOT GO THERE!!!
I absolutely would Not nominate this place!!!! I am fuming pissed! You make my 10 year old sit in the chair more than an hour AFTER giving him shots that he could obviously feel to finally come in and work on his filling !! Oh but wait He is Not As Numb now so you have to give him another shot in his mouth!!!! If you can’t be in here for a Child on time!!!! You need to fix ur schedule! Absolutely ridiculous! Will make sure everyone I know knows not to come here!
Customer Service is Great but if your Insurance company has to pay for two cleaning per year, the patient should not be responsible for Insurance non payment or refused treatment because of Insurance nonpayment.
They are very professional I am happy with my experience
