On Tuesday I got my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist that worked on me was so ruff! She kept rubbing so hard that she would slip and hit my gums. On Wednesday I noticed now I have a sore in my mouth that hurts so bad. I can’t even eat now! This was my second chance for this dentist since last year I caught them trying to over charge me for a root canal. I had payments set up for the 3 visits it takes to complete the root canal. Everyone was very nice, polite, professional, and friendly. Did a great job cleaning my teeth. The doctor was very nice and was able to kid around with him some, at least I hope he knows I was just kidding with him, which put me at ease. From the women at the front desk to the x ray tech to the asst. hyg. to the hyg. To the doctor all were great. Treated me very well. Thank you for the great service and the T shirt. I came in previous to getting an appointment and met Cody (very nice) and Lisa. Appointment made in a lot shorter time than I thought I would get. My appointment today went well. Gabe, Michelle, Pat and Al-Zubi DDS were all nice and professional. I have already set my appointment 6 months out. I received free fluoride treatment (maybe the insurance covered it), t-shirt with Dental Depot Logo (advertising expense), usual goodie bag; toothbrush and paste, floss, and medical fact sheet which related problems with mouth to body.
