I’ve had bad experiences so far at dental concepts and I’ve only been twice. My first visit, which should be X-rays and cleaning, they didn’t do a cleaning, and instead recommended a “deep cleaning” which are booked out until the end of the year (it was February). So I didn't get a cleaning (currently on the waitlist for this fancy deep cleaning). Then when I went back to get a cavity filled, it was pure chaos.
