In my last crown, the front office told me 3 equal payments of $90 (and change), but on the 2nd visit, they charged me $180 (and change), and then tried to asset me another charge on my 3rd visit. I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me, and gave me some lame explanation that my insurance company didn't cover the complete cost so I have to make up the difference. Boston Dental is a nice office and convenient place to get to
It's a very pleasant experience at every appt. The ladies at the front desk take good care of me and also my daughter.
Great dental practice! Bouchra is a wonderful hygienist and Dr. El-Malecki provides top-notch dental services.
Susan was friendly, professional, and took time to explain things. She did not act like a salesperson, which had been the feeling I had other times. When your staff begin by saying "your insurance will cover xyz" I worry that you are more interested in that than in what I really need or want. Susan was different, and I really enjoyed my visit.
Bouchra did a great job, as always.

I will follow Oscar Saturno wherever he may be working. He is a superb perfessional, who knows what has to be done when you have a problem with your dental health. Congrats for having he in your team.
Every one is friendly and they take me on time. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this Dental Group.
