Susan the hygienist was completely competent, engaging, and made the experience enjoyable. Dr. Cheng was thorough, kept me informed, and was very personable. Overall, an experience above and beyond all my expectations.
My most recent visit was good. Oscar is a very pleasant man and very gentle when working. His chair-side manner make visiting the dentist enjoyable (well, as enjoyable as any dental visit)!
My overall visit on 9/25/12 was very good.
Over all it was a very good visit, I just wish things weren't so expensive
Oscar was wonderful. He was gentle, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The team was very accommodating and pleasant, especially considering I was 15 minutes late. Looking forward to my next visit.
Everyone I've encountered in your office (with the exception of Dr Ostrer), has been fantastic. Dr Cheng has taken so much time to explain everything to me and while she is doing the work that I need, she checks in with me and makes sure I'm okay during the whole process which I really appreciate as I do have some anxiety about all the work I need! Likewise, I've always had good experiences with Dr Mize, and have received similarly excellent care from him as well.
Not sure which doctor checked my teeth, but it was the fastest checkup I've had. I'm sure she was thorough enough, but a little more time spent would give you more comfort.
Oscar was great! He was filling in, but my cleaning was efficient and he explained everything to me. Also, I usually hate cleanings and for some reason I felt he was being very thorough, yet gentle... not one prick, which eased the anxiety I typically have.
Oscar does a great job. I would like to see him for al my appointments. Thanks
