Usually going to the dentist can be a stressful experience, but everyone at the Boston Dental office was friendly and professional.
I didn't have to wait for the dentist. I was aware of everything that was going on eventhoug it was just a cleaning. The dentist scheduled my next appointment in six months. The doctor came in and check my teeth and I was done. I was told what we'll be done at my next appointment. I've been going there for two years and I have no complaint. I get great service and the staff is very nice and friendly.
Everyone I met was very nice and professional. I felt very comfortable during my visit.
It seems each time I go, I have a different Dentist. Who is my dentist? I don't mind so much, but they always seem to say the same things, "you must grind your teeth." Yes. I grind my teeth. Isn't this in my chart? Otherwise, the experience was great, and Britta (sp?) always does a fantastic job. Thanks.
Oscar introduced himself and apologized for the wait. Dentist introduced himself and answered all my questions. Receptionists were very friendly and explained my insurance. They also worked with me to make follow up appointments that fit my schedule Overall positive experience
I do not like to feel guilty for only flossing 3 times week! Besides that, things were great.
The entire staff was delightful!!
