I'd called several other places to see about an appt, but in all cases it was rather frustrating (put on hold, routing to vmail, etc). When I first called your office, my call was answered quickly by a real professional! My appt was booked, I immediately received papers and confirmation in the mail, and I knew I'd found the right place. My actual appointment yesterday confirmed this. This was the first time seeing this Hygienst and she was excellent. Very friendly and gave me some good advise on how to care for my teeth with my braces, without making me feel bad about myself.
