They alway recognize me when I arrive. The staff is always welcoming and very friendly. Susan is awesome!!
I had appointments at 8am 2 days in a row. Both days we started late. While I was at the office waiting early, I saw employees coming in later than me for what seemed their 8am appointments. Recommend to either start appointments at 8:15am or require employees to be there earlier. Otherwise, had a good experience.
I always have a great experience here. I have referred at least 5 other people to this dental office based on the consistently high quality of customer service and dental care.
I would recommend anyone to this dental office! The front desk staff are really nice and informative. My bf referred me, so when I finally moved to Boston, I decided to give this place a shot, and it FAR exceeded my expectations. It was all very well organized and competent.
I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and proficiency of everyone at this practice. Oscar was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to address my questions, and relayed my concerns to the dentist, Tina. The entire office was courteous and friendly, They exceeded my expectations. Overall a great experience!
Girls at front desk are great, and two dentists I saw also great.
Dr Aliassi and Nelson are great team when you need root canal surgery.
