All the staff were friendly and courteous. I liked how the dental hygienist took the time to explain how I can improve my dental routine. I would just ask that the front staff be clearer about the process of taking deposits. I was very confused by their explanation of when a 50.00 deposit was needed, or not needed to secure my next appointment. Wonderful experience. Sarah was great! She was patient and accommodating. Dr. Tina was very nice as well.

I had a really great first experience. Below are a few notes on my visit: 1. The young woman who performed the xrays was very kind and personable. 2. I was blown away with the use of advanced technology. I liked being able to see the screen and be a part of the process. 3. The dental hygienist was incredibly thorough. It was a deep but gentle cleaning. It took us a little bit to get into a grove with the suction vs. water, but we got there with only minor spills. I have been coming to Boston Dental for years and the main reason I keep coming is because of Bouchra. She is phenomenal and so personal! She remembers things from my last appointment and always asks about my kids. She is gentle during cleanings and very knowledgeable. She's the best!!
I've been going to BD for several years and it's thanks to excellent and friendly Dr. Malecki and his dedicated team. My teeth may need some more work, but at BD I am never being pressured into anything. Dr.Malecki explains with patience what needs to be done, but never pressures me into anything. Eventually, I make the necessary arrangements anyway. I thank Dr. Malecki for many years of great work.
Baucha was very patient and helpful on answering my questions and scheduleing my future appointment. My gum did not feel unfcomfortable after the deep cleaning. She made me feel assured so I will like to see her again for my regular teeth check and cleaning. Also Nancy at the front desk was very efficient sending out our receipts and x-Rays. I appreciate that very much!
