The technician who cleaned my teeth was really, really warm and caring. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and that I was a welcome patient. Dr Adam was also great he explained a new procedure that I may need in the near future and showed me exactly what I would be needed and why. He was also extremely caring and like I said explained the procedure that I may need. Something that I am not looking forward to.
Your receptionists were very nice. Also my dentist and her assistant.

I had an appt. at 12:30 for a cleaning on 3/23 and the MBTA subways was delayed. I left work in time to get there, as I always do, but through no fault of my own, I waited for the bus/train and by the time it came, i needed to return to work. The person I spoke with when I called to say I couldn't make it, they said i would be charged a $50 fee. Your front office staff could use some serious customer service training. I quite a few times was misinformed regarding my coverage, my appointments were often Mia scheduled. One day I showed up at my schedules time only to be turned away and told that I needed to come back and hour and a half later, when I regrettably did so that appointment was running 45 minutes behind. Oscar was great as always. The doctor (cannot remember her name) was able to reduce my concerns about my bone loss.
Every visit to Boston Dental always exceeds my expectations. The dentists always answer any and all questions I have, they are very responsive when I mention I have severe anxiety with certain procedures which is exceptional and I am very grateful. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and informative and assist me in figuring out what my insurance covers for procedures. Excellent service all around.
