I really miss getting a free toothbrush and floss -- it seems like you are cutting back on these types of things.
I've belonged to a handful of dental practices in the past and Boston Dental is my favorite out of them all. I see Oscar almost every time and he is absolutely outstanding! He is friendly and professional, and always ensures that I am comfortable and well taken care of. I hope you pay him well! ;) See you all in six months!
Feels a bit like there is a lot of upwelling. It makes me lose trust in the practice and question if some procedures are done to just turn a profit.
Your team, especially your hygienists, is amazing but I can't recommend the practice because my favorite dentists keep leaving!!!
