Very happy with Boston Dental and my hygienist Bouchra is awesome!
Always the best experience. Love Oscar. He's professional and very friendly and always remembers who you are. And boy does he do a thorough cleaning. The best. The test of staff is excellent as well. I am very happy going to the dentist now.
The Dentist, the Dentist Assistant, andthe front desk receptionist that attended to me were friendly in their care and conversation.
I really liked Oscar! He is so friendly and a very gentle dental hygenist!
I have been visiting Bouchraa for about 8 years now and she is fantastic. My teeth have never been better and I look forward to coming in to see her. There is actually a dentist right in my building now (have been here for 5 years) but I still take the trip to see Bouchraa! The rest of the team is always friendly and courteous.
Bouchra is always excellent in treating me. She is very friendly and explains things well when I have questions.
Scheduling was an issue. They called the day before to have me come in 45 mins earlier for my appointment. I agreed and moved my schedule around. I arrived timely but then waited 25 mins for my appointment. They were apologetic but it was frustrating to move my schedule to accommodate them and then have to wait 25 mins in the waiting room for a 30 min appointment.
Love my hygienist and it's so nice to have the front desk folk know the insurance plans inside and out!
Unfortunately the prices are a bit steep for the follow-up work. Possibly try to match the prices to what Aetna DMO covers, even though I understand that you provide a better product than what is covered by the DMO plan.
