Dr. Tom has all the skill of the best dentists, and he has the bedside manner and grace of an angel. Very gentle and reassuring at all times during any procedure, very forthcoming with info and advice. It's like you're his family.
My family has been going to this dentist for years now. Dr. Tom has been cleaning our teeth for so damn long, and he always does a good job of it. Today, I went in for my cleaning of the teeth appointment. No other clients are inside, just me. Not busy today. I haven't done one of these appointments in a very long time, so my mouth forgot how to stay open for long periods of time. Had the pleasure of meeting Dr Tom & the staff a couple weeks ago and they were all incredibly nice and welcoming. Going to the dentist can definitely be a nerve-racking thought and experience. I had some pain I was feeling & was fairly nervous about it. Dr Tom listened to the symptoms I had and did a thorough examination and laid my worries to rest.
