Always Professional courteous and caring attitude.
Dr. Yu and his staff are fantastic. Excellent office and clerical staff. Chairside staff and Dr. Yu himself are all very patient first. I started going to him when I moved to LoSo 6 years ago, stayed with him when I moved to Concord, and continue to drive to his office from Lake Wiley.
The reviews here aren’t wrong! Leigh-Anne is a lovely hygienist and does a thorough job too! Never have I thought a dental experience could be so relaxing. 10/10 thank you for the cleaning! You too, Dr. Yu!
Everyone is really nice and professional, but personable as well! Good job on my mouth too! Today my Teeth was capped and a cavity was removed . I finally found a good dentist along with a great staff. Oh yes! Also what impressed me was that they not only care for your teeth , but they are genuinely interested in educating you about how to maintain good dental hygiene ! Today’s experience was wonderful and painless. I’ve never really experienced dental fear as many do, however I’ll continue to work at doing MY best to stay ahead of the dental stresses as long as I can.
